The Award Program for High Schools Students, organized by Sabancı University’s Civic Involvement Projects, will find their winners this year with the second edition of the award ceremony on December 5.
Launched by Civic Involvement Projects to increase high school students’ curiosity and motivation towards social responsibility, raise awareness, encourage participation in social responsibility projects, and highlight young people who play an active role in social change, the winners of the Award Program for High School Students will be announced at a special ceremony on December 5, International Volunteer Day, at the Sabancı University Performing Arts Center.
At the ceremony of this award program, which plays a leading role in the field of social responsibility at the high school level, Nil Memişoğlu, Secretary General of the Sani Şener Foundation, will deliver a talk on volunteerism. Nevgül Bilsel Safkan, General Manager of the Sabancı Foundation, will moderate the panel where the winning projects will be presented.
The opening remarks will be delivered by Emre Erol, Foundations Development Director of Sabancı University, and Zeynep Bahar, Civic Involvement Projects Manager. All members of our university’s academic staff, administrative employees, and students are invited to attend the ceremony.
